1. Returns
You can withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To make a return, notify us within those 14 days. Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
Items should be returned unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable. You may inspect items as you would in a shop. If an item is handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
Some legally defined exceptions may apply, such as personalised goods.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For eligible withdrawals, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery, as required by law. Additional costs for premium delivery are not refundable where the law permits this.
Refunds are generally made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first, as permitted by law.
3. Return Shipping
Change-of-mind returns: You pay the direct return shipping costs, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the appropriate return costs and provide the remedy required by law.
Please contact us before returning a faulty or damaged item so we can help arrange the return.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy or by the 14-day change-of-mind period.
