How long does it take to get to Ithaca?

How does one get so lost? Why is that place so special? Why is it so impossible, reaching for that dream, but some angry God, something invisible, something you can't explain, something you may even have invented keeps throwing you back in the sea?

What if at the end of the journey, there is no home there to find or to return to...? The past is gone and the arrival is just an illusion.

It took Odysseus twenty years to see his home again. Maybe it will take me twenty years to tell the story burning within me.

I made a promise. One day I will get there.

A reflective, introspective - a bit metaphorical, a bit melancholy perhaps - little experimentation in black and white, mixing media, following up the previous Lampsi, thematically and stylistically, about an artist's struggle with the creative process and her relationship to her origins.
