ΛάΜΨΗ (Lampsi, or the Light)

Pronounced: "lampsi"*

*Greek for shine, glow

A reflective little piece, a bit abstract perhaps, about how thoughts and ideas "shine"., i.e. appear in one's mind, the difficulties with the creative process, and the complex relationship to one's own work as a comic artist.

A kind of introduction in which I recount how the idea for a larger story—which I still mean to bring to light someday (an epic journey where mythological characters enter my life)—began to materialise when I arrived in Berlin...

...and how it changed my life forever.

Let's just say: how, by way of serendipity, the study of a fictional character combined with the waxing gibbous became synonymous with love.

And that's only the beginning.
